Hard at work

I have lost 10 lbs in the last couple weeks. I’ve been watching what I eat and I have also been jogging a lot lately as well. Actually, I have been running, not jogging this last week. I find myself full of adrenaline at the end of the day, so I go running. I can run for about half an hour before I start to let up. I have been averaging about 3 1/2 miles a night, but I'm going to kick it up a notch pretty quick. It’s been really good and I feel fantastic.

I have a goal weight to reach and I am hoping to meet it by Christmas. It’s about 20 weeks, and if I lose 2 lbs per week, I’ll be about 220 lbs. My goal is to be 240, but my target is 220lbs.

I guess we’ll see how things work out.
